The American Legion is the nation's largest veterans' organization and is proud to represent four and a half million men and women who have served this country's armed forces.

Stillwater, Oklahoma is a wonderful place to live and work. The Hanner Sharp Post No. 129 is located at 607-1/2 South Main, in the middle of downtown and the pulse of the community. The Legion hall, complete with hardwood floors, is available for party and event rental. For more information about rentals, call (405) 372-7675 or (405) 372-7973.

The local Post meets the first and third Thursday of each month, save the month of August. Therefore, the hall is not open for rental during those times.

Post 129 is active in the community as well as the state. A service officer is available at the Post office each Tuesday. In addition, the Oklahoma State American Legion Baseball Office is located in Stillwater. Among their many civic duties, Legion members actively support the Ponca City Children's Home.
